First Ride 2017
Am 27. August führten wir zum 1. Mal ein Grill & Chill Fest im Schützenhaus Oensingen durch. Die Organisation verlangte einiges an Vorbereitungen sowie Abklärungen mit der Gemeinde und der Polizei. Pünktlich zum Fest war alles geregelt. Mit viel Enthusiasmus und viel Engagement richteten wir den Fesplatz und den Parkplatz her. Ab 12 Uhr glühten die beiden selbstgefertigten Grills und die ersten Steaks wurden zubereitet. Bei sehr heissem Wetter genossen wir das Fest unter Freunden. Unser Chapter DJ Plectrum sorgte den ganzen Tag für besten Sound und heizte die Stimmung an. Gegen den späteren Nachmittag unternahmen wir noch eine Ausfahrt und zeigten unseren Gästen die hügelige Juralandschaft rund um Oensingen. Das Fest war super gemütlich und die Stimmung ausgelassen. Schade nur, dass wegen den vielen Anlässen an diesem Wochenende nicht allzu viele Freunde den Weg nach Oensingen gefunden haben. Nächstes Jahr werden wir sicherlich das Datum um eine Woche vor- oder zurückschieben.
